This is a Beautiful home. And the color is like a golden yellow or Mustard color like the mustard seed. 😊 But Prince the home doesn't haver the back area for maid or the outdoor kitchen, or did you forget to show it? And also, can you show insert the Google map the location of the homes you show in proximity (near or closeness) to Kigali or Bugesera. Thank you! Prince. And if you have any homes that you can show, that a family can have a few farm animals like a few chickens and goat or two, please show. 🤗❤

Looks ordinary on the outside but well-planned out on the inside.

The houses ive seen from you are stunning, well designed and provide so much usable space. My concern is for our African parents....seems like all these houses have "helper's quarters" and laundry room. Does this mean Rwandan sons and daughters dont do house chores. I hope not.

Stunning stunning home. So well designed. Everything is so well designed except for kitchen, wardrobes and white tiles outside in the back area.....would be better if the floors were dark for ease of cleaning. Otherwise excellent

Very good house indeed

I have to say that I am very impressed with your presentational skills, very clear and concise. Both properties are stunning. The asking price for the first house is only 92K EUROs and the second one is 99K EUROs. From what I can see, the quality and standard of finishing in both is exceptional. I love your background music, it really sets the tone for what in my opinion are two stunning properties. I love the design of both houses, they are bright and airy with lovely high ceilings. I know that area and it is indeed a very safe, clean and desirable location. One thing that I would have mentioned about the airport is that with the new airport coming on stream in the next few years, the traffic in and out of this airport is going to be reduced dramatically. My understanding is that its going to become more of a military airport with fewer flights and probably more security and investment in the area. So, in my view things are only going to get better for this area in the long term. I'm not sure I like the idea of a toilet without a wash-hand basin in that first house. I find that a bit strange. Other than that it was a gorgeous house. But then you showed us the second house..... The only thing that it didn't have was a swimming pool which would have made it perfect. But, I have to say that I was smitten. I love the long private driveway. The aesthetic design of both of these houses is amazing. I'm curious to know who the architects were ? I so hope that they were Rwandan, because if they were then I so wish that we had such clever and creative architects in Europe. If either of these houses were in any country in Europe you can multiply the asking price by a factor of at least 10. Thanks for sharing these amazing houses with us.

I found the wardrobes to be fine when I visited Rwanda last summer, but I think two sinks in the master bathroom would be a great addition. I know that it is a western or American thing but it really does make the master bathroom more comfortable for a couple.

Very decent home. However, as small as Rwanda is, just like most African countries, except SA, Rwanda couldn't have all it's roads paved. In order words, when are all these roads going to be paved?

Just came across this vlog.. Nice house, nice design but missing a lot 1. Bedrooms - where are the wardrobes? 2. The kitchen is too small 3. compound space too small Remember 75,000 USD is a lot money and the house has to make sense.
